Nintendo DS

The Nintendo DS or the original style Nintendo DS is one of the game consoles that has been developed and made by Nintendo. Led by Nintendo President Iwata Satoru, this handheld and dual screen game console was released by Nintendo on Canada, United States of America and Japan on the year 2004. Nintendo DS was also formerly given the codename Nitro to depict the system. The upper screen of the console serves as the main screen while the lower screen is the touch screen. This game console also has a microphone which is built in.

XBOX 360

Gamers are widely spread nowadays. From computer games to portable games, kids, and even adults know how to play them. This phenomenon likewise was aggravated by the release of the Xbox 360.

The Xbox 360, for those who have not heard it yet, is one of the video game consoles made and released by Microsoft. To be exact, it was the second one produced by the company in collaboration with other leading electronic companies such as IBM, Sis, as well as ATI. What’s cool about Xbox 360 is the Xbox live which allows every gamer to contend other gamers online. Xbox 360 also allows the users to download games such as arcade games, demos, as well as shows in television and some movies. Moreover, Xbox 360, like Xbox, is also a competitor of Playstation3 and Wii in the video gaming console arena.

Nintendo Wii

The living room becomes the new Wimbledon’s court, Grand Prix racetrack, or Super Bowl’s stadium. The house can become a spacious ballroom floor, a football field, or beside the beach. And you can become a dancer, a Formula One driver, or a tennis world’s number one player.

All of these things are possible with Wii. It is remarkable in the way that it transforms TV to limitless possibilities. Indeed, videogames have never been the same since it has arrived on market shelves on September 14, 2006.

Coming in as the seventh generation of videogame consoles, Wii is a product of Nintendo’s break from fierce competition in the business, against Microsoft and Sony. Instead of focusing on enhancing video quality and other improvements on existing videogame products, like GameCube and portable DS, Nintendo lunged headlong to research in three dimensional, real-time, remote sensing.
